My achivement you’ll ask? So far, a husband for more than a year actually is two (Pretty impressive in this day and age is’nt it!) to a wonderful, sweet and caring woman. I am also a father to a beautiful & spoiled 2-year-old daughter name Khaliya.
And I own a top of the line motorized wheelchair.

I guess you’re here because you want to know a little bit more about me. Fair enough.
Khalid Magram is a student and aspiring journalist from Canada. During his time with East – Toronto Observer, a community newspaper serving East York, Khalid Magram has written and reported hand full of stories (both hard news and features). Most of the stories are from former Borough of East York and Greater Toronto Area.
He is currently based in Toronto.
He wrote about Leaside residents outcry on hasty closure of the Donwood Institute by CAMH. He reported on East York-Kenyans worries after post-election violence errupted in their country. And reported on the increasing problem of satelite signal theft and Bell’s controversial response to combat the problem. He has also covered news events such as Seniors Achivement Awards at Queens Park, UMOVE rally at Nathan Phillips Square and Remembarance Day celebration at East York Civil Centre. He enjoyed writing about E.Y community bus service to East York community and a feature on the dilemma faced by pet owners after losing a pet, and gave useful tips to pet owners on finding lost pet.
Khalid has also earn several interviewing skills awards while in J-School(check Resume and Awards page). So far in his developing journalism career, Khalid has interviewed high-profile GTA politicians including Toronto-Danforth MPP Peter Tabuns, Ontario Education Minister Kathleen Wynne, Toronto Mayor David Miller and Beaches/East York Councillor Janet Davis.Share this Post
